Bibikkan is a famous Sri Lankan food.
Bibikkan is dark moist coconut cake.
It is made of flour, eggs, shredded coconut, jaggery, semolina, baking powder, cumin, raisins, cashews, ginger preserve, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon and lemon rind.
It is normally topped with chopped cashews.
It is mostly eaten as dessert.
