Rwanda is a country in the Eastern African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Kigali.

It has a population of about 11.3 million people.





Igikoma is a famous Rwandan dish.

Igikoma is millet porridge.

It is made of sosoma flour which is mixture of sorghum, soya and maize flour and sugar.

It is prepared by mixing sosoma flour with boiling water which is then stirred gently before being added with sugar.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
