Ebbeh is seafood soup.
It is made of cassava, fish, prawns, lobster, clams, crabs, habanero peppers, lime juice, tamarind, seasoning, pepper sauce, salt and oil.
It is normally seasoned with lime juice.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
