Coyol En Miel is coyol fruits in sugar syrup sweet delicacy.

It is made of coyol fruits, panelas de raspadura or unrefined cane sugar, cloves, cinnamon and orange rind.

It is prepared by having coyol fruits peeled and crushed before being simmered in sugar syrup mixture.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
