North Korea is a country in the East Asian region of the Asian continent.

It's capital city is Pyongyang.

It has a population of about 25.4 million people.





Hoe Naengmyeon is a famous North Korean dish.

Hoe Naengmyeon is cold noodles and marinated raw fish mixed with spicy red chili sauce.

It is made of potato starch noodles or sweet potato starch noodles, skate fish, eggs, cucumbers, green onions, ginger, Korean pears and gochujang spicy red chili sauce.

It is normally spiced up with gochujang spicy red chili sauce.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.

  1. I've also tried red bean paste mooncake types before and they were really nice, the slightly savoury filling went well with the sweet pastry.
