Vinarterta is multi layered cake.

It is made of flour, eggs, prunes,  baking powder, butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, icing sugar, vanilla paste, cream, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, almond and salt.

It is normally filled with layers of white vanilla or cardamom flavored shortbread and plum jam.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
