It's capital city is Yamoussoukro.

It has a population of about 23.7 million people.






Boflotos is a famous Ivory Coast food.

Boflotos is fried dough balls.

It is made of flour, yeast, sugar, nutmeg, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to produce dough pieces which is then fried in hot oil until golden brown.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
