Fura Da Nono is millet porridge.

It is made of millet, Nono kafir milk, cloves, ginger, pepper and sugar.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to produce dough pieces which is then rolled into balls and mixed with milk.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.

It is made of sosoma flour which is mixture of sorghum, soya and maize flour and sugar.

It is prepared by mixing sosoma flour with boiling water which is then stirred gently before being added with sugar.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.

Lakh is a famous Gambian dish.

Lakh or Lah is sweetened millet porridge.

It is made of  millet couscous, peanut butter, butter, baobab fruit, orange essence, sugar, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla essence.

It is normally sprinkled with sugar.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
