It is made of chicken meat, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, chilli, cloves, cardamom, yogurt, cumin, saffron, almonds, black pepper and salt.
It is normally garnished with toasted silver almonds.
It is usually served with white rice.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
