Torta tal-Lampuki is lampuki fish pie.

It is made of flour, lampuki fish, puff pastry, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, spinach, black olives, capers, mint and seasoning.

It is prepared by mixing the fish with flour and fried before the fish bones is removed and mixed with other ingredients and baked until golden brown.

It is mostly eaten as dessert or as snack food.
