Seafood Salad is a famous Antiguan dish.

Seafood Salad is salad made from seafood and vegetables.

It is made of shrimp, crab, sea scallops, lettuce, sweet potato, papaya, avocado, lemon, pumpkin seeds, green onions, ginger, cinnamon, lime juice, brown sugar, black pepper, salt and oil.

It is prepared by boiling the  seafood which is then assembled and dressed with other ingredients.

It is mostly eaten on it's own or as side dish for lunch or dinner.
