It has a population of about 21.7 million people.
Kottu Roti is a famous Sri Lankan food.
Kottu Roti is chopped fried bread.
It is made of roti or bread, carrot, jalapenos, ginger, garlic, tomato, onions, bell peppers, tomato paste, dark soy sauce, fennel seeds, coriander powder, chili powder, ground cumin, curry powder, lemon wedges, coriander leaves, pepper, salt and oil.
It is normally garnished with lemon wedges and coriander leaves.
It is mostly eaten for dinner or as snack food.
