It's capital city is Tripoli.

It has a population of about 7.2 million people.





Diblah is a famous Libyan food.

Diblah is fried dough pastry coated in honey syrup.

It is made of flour, egg, butter, baking powder, vanilla paste, orange blossom water, corn starch, sesame seeds, sugar, lemon juice, honey and oil.

It is normally topped with sesame seeds.

It is mostly eaten as dessert or on special occasions.
