It is made of rice, buttermilk or coconut milk, sugar and salt.
It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients which is then poured in a pot and boiled until cooked.
It is normally garnished with coconut chips.
It is mostly eaten for breakfast, dinner or as dessert.
