It has a population of about 32.2 million people.






Lavand-e-Murgh is a famous Afghan dish.

Lavand-e-Murgh is chicken in yogurt curry.

It is made of chicken, yogurt, garlic, ginger, onions, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, bay leaf, chili peppers, cilantro, pepper, salt and oil.

It is normally garnished with cilantro.

It is usually served with rice or flatbread.

It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
