It is made of rice, chicken, yogurt, cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorn, onion, tomatoes, cloves, cumin, ginger, coriander, paprika, cilantro, garlic, green pepper, lemon, raisins, food coloring and oil.
It is normally garnished with sauteed onion and raisins.
It is mostly eaten for lunch or special occasions.
