Rupjmaize is sweet and sour rye dark bread.

It is made of flour, rye flour, dry yeast, rye flakes, rye sourdough, dark molasses, caraway seeds and salt.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients and baked in a hearth oven and shaped into an elongated loaf.

It is normally served with cheese.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
