Liboke De Poisson is marinated fish wrapped in banana leaves and grilled or baked.

It is made of fish, onion, tomatoes, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, banana leaves and salt.

It is normally served with Chikwanga cassava flour cakes or Fufu porridge.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
