Pilafi Pourgouri is a famous Cypriot dish.

Pilafi Pourgouri is rice made from Bulgar wheat flour.

It is made of Bulgar wheat flour, tomato, tomato paste, onion, garlic, vermicelli noodles or pasta, salt and olive oil.

It is prepared by mixing the Bulgar wheat flour with all the ingredients.

It is normally served with Greek yogurt.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
