It is made of fish, peanuts, lemon juice, onion, pepper, parsley, salt and oil.
It is prepared by fish being marinated with lemon juice, salt, pepper and onion slices before being fried in oil until golden brown.
Fried fish is then flaked and removed any bones and skin before being mixed with onions, parsley, salt and roasted peanuts and then shaped into balls and fried in oil until golden brown.
It is mostly eaten as snack food with drinks.
