Roasted Breadfruit & Jackfish refers to roasted breadfruit and fried jackfish.

It is made of breadfruit, jackfish, flour, lemon juice, onion, garlic, thyme, tomato, tomato paste, butter, pepper, salt and oil.

It is prepared by marinating the jackfish in lemon juice before being mixed with the ingredients and fried in hot pan and the breadfruit is then roasted over hot coal.

It is normally served with sliced tomato and salad.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
