Wind Sand Chicken is a famous Hong Kong dish.

Wind Sand Chicken is tender roasted chicken sprinkled with fried garlic.

It is made of chicken meat, oyster sauce, soy sauce, spices, pepper, garlic and salt.

It is normally garnished with fried garlic pieces which makes it look like wind-blown sand.

It is usually served with rice and chili sauce.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
