Chicken Bastilla is a famous Moroccan food.

Chicken Bastilla is buttery phyllo pastry pie filled with chicken and scrambled eggs.

It is made of phyllo dough, chicken, eggs, onion, garlic, gingerroot, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, red pepper, black pepper, turmeric, saffron, butter, alonds, sugar, salt and oil.

It is normally sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon and toasted almonds.

It is mostly eaten for lunch or special occasions.
