It has a population of about 41.5 million people.





Rolex is a famous Ugandan dish.

Rolex is scrambled eggs and vegetables wrapped in a flatbread.

It is made of flour, eggs, turmeric, green chillies, onion, tomato, cabbage, spinach, carrots, raddish, ginger, salt and oil.

It is prepared by creating a flour dough which is then flattened and cooked on a hot griddle before filled with mixture of eggs and vegetables.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast, lunch or as snack food.
