It is made of flour, fish, shrimp, mussels, octopus, squid, celery, carrots, cilantro, parsley, bay leaf, butter, garlic red pepper, tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil.

It is normally garnished with cilantro and parsley.

It is usually served with bread and salad.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
