Pol Roti is coconut flatbread.

It is made of flour, grated coconut, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to create a stiff dough which is then flattened and rolled before cooked until brown on both sides.

It is normally served with coconut sambol and lentil curry.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
