Bacalhau a Bras is made from shreds of salted cod fish, onions and thinly chopped fried potatoes in a bound of scrambled eggs.

It is cooked with the shredded cod fish being sauteed in a pan with onions and fried potatoes and then mixed with scrambled eggs.

It is normally garnished with black olives and sprinkled with fresh parsley.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
