Taiwan is an island country in the East Asian region of the Asian continent.
It's capital city is Taipei.
It has a population of about 23.6 million people.
Three Cup Chicken or San Bei Ji is a famous Taiwanese dish.
Three Cup Chicken refers to chicken meat cooked with a cup of rice wine, a cup of cooking oil and a cup of soy sauce.
It is cooked by stir-frying the chicken meat with ginger, garlic, spring onions, basil and dried chilies and braised in soy sauce, Chinese wine and sesame oil until caramelized.
It is normally served with white rice.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
