Jujeh Kabab is a famous Iranian chicken dish. It is also known as Chelow Kabab.
It consists of grilled chunks of chicken which are marinated in minced onion, lemon juice and saffron.
It is normally served with steamed rice called Chelow.
It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
