Sri Lanka is an island country in the South Asian region of the Asian continent.
It's capital city is Colombo.
It has a population of about 21.7 million people.
Lamprais Chicken is a famous Sri Lankan food.
It is a dish influenced by Dutch Burgher community which is the mixture of Dutch, Portuguese and Sri Lankan communities.
It is made by wrapping yellow rice, Lampara Chicken curry, Seeni Sambol, cutlet, fried ash plaintain curry, wambatu moju and fried boiled egg in a banana leave and baked.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
