Doro Wat is a famous Ethiopian chicken dish.

It is a spicy chicken stew dish made from chicken meat, hard-boiled eggs, various vegetables, spice mixtures and clarified butter.

It is usually served with a flatbread called Injera which is made from teft flour.

It can be eaten either for breakfast or lunch.
