Morocco is a country in the North African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Rabat.

It has a population of about 35.7 million people.






Chicken Tagine or Tajine is a famous Moroccan dish.

It is a dish with multiple types of vegetables slow cooked with chicken meat inside a cooking pot with conical lid.

It requires minimum amount of water to cook due to the cone-shaped lid of the pot traps steam and returns the condensed liquid to the pot.

It is cooked with chicken meat, vegetables, dried fruits, nuts and spices like ginger, cumin, tumeric, cinnamon, saffron, paprika and chili.

It is normally served with bread.

It is usually eaten for lunch.
