Kabuli Pulao or Qabli Palaw is a famous Afghanistan food.

It consists of steamed rice mixed with raisins, carrots and chicken meat.

It is made by oven-baking long grained rice in a brothy sauce mixed with chicken meat, fried sliced carrots, raisins, orange peel strips and chopped nuts like almonds.

It is normally eaten for lunch.
