Chicken Luwombo is a famous Ugandan dish.

It is a stew dish that is made from chicken meat, vegetables like potatoes and carrots, salt, oil and spices.

It is cooked by wrapping all the ingredients in banana leaves and steamed to perfection.

It can be eaten on it's own or with white rice.

It is normally eaten for lunch.
