Egypt is a country in the Northern African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Cairo.

It has a population of about 94.8 million people.






Sayadiya or Sayadeya is a famous Egyptian rice and fish dish.

Sayadiya refers to fish fillet cooked with rice, onion and tomato paste and then baked in a pot or pan.

It is normally garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
