Chicken Paprikash or Paprikas Csirke is a famous Hungarian dish.
Chicken Paprikash refers to chicken stew which is simmered in paprika-based creamy sauce.
It is made of chicken meat, onions, butter, sweet paprika, green peppers, tomatoes, clove garlic, flour and sour cream.
It is normally served with egg dumplings or noodles called nokedli.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
