Samoa is a country in the Oceania continent.

It's capital city is Apia.

It has a population of about 195,843 people.

Fa'ausi is a famous Samoan dish.

Fa'ausi is a coconut bread coat-cooked in a sweet and rich coconut milk caramel sauce.

It is made of flour, shredded coconut, coconut milk, butter and sugar.

The bread is baked from a flour dough and cut into small rectangular-shaped cubes.

The caramel sauce is made from sugar and water which is heated together until it becomes light-brown caramel and then mixed with coconut milk.

The caramel sauce is then mixed with the bread and left soaked together.

It is normally eaten as a snack food for breakfast or other special occasions.
