Palusami is a famous Kiribati food.
Palusami is a delicacy that is prepared with coconut cream, sliced onion and curry powder mixed together and then wrapped in taro leaves.
It is pressure cooked in an under ground oven packed with seaweed.
It can be eaten on it's own or with roast chicken.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
