It is made of flour, milk, butter, vegetable oil, baking powder and salt.
It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients and creating a flat dough with a hole in the middle. It is then fried in a frying pan until golden colour.
It is normally served with sugar, jam, milk-based confectionery called Dulce de Leche or fruit preserve called mermelada.
It is mostly eaten for breakfast or lunch.
