Brunei is a country in the South East Asian region of the Asian continent.
It's capital city is Bandar Seri Begawan.
It has a population of about 417,200 people.
Nasi Katok is a fastfood dish that contains rice, chicken meat and spicy paste called sambal.
Chicken meat is either fried chicken, curry chicken or butter chicken.
Sambal is made from anchovies, chilli, onion and garlic.
It is normally eaten for lunch or dinner.
