Kepta Duona is dark rye bread that is fried in oil.

It is made of rye bread, garlic, salt and oil.

It is prepared by frying strips of dark rye bread until crispy and then salted and rubbed of garlic.

It is normally served with cheese sauce.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as a snack food.
