Oromo is a famous Kyrgyz dish.

Oromo is a stuffed pie roll.

It is made of flour, carrots, onions and cabbage.

It is prepared by creating a flour dough which is then spread with the shredded vegetables and then rolled and steamed in a pan.

It is normally served with cucumber, garlic and yogurt.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
