Faikakai Topai is a famous Tongan dessert.

Faikakai Topai refers to dumplings in sweet coconut syrup.

It is made of flour, dumplings called Topai, sugar, coconut cream, baking powder and water.

The dumplings are made by mixing together flour and baking powder to create small dry doughs which are then cooked in boiled water.

The syrup is made by heating sugar in a pan and then mixing together with coconut cream.

The sweet syrup is then poured over the diced dumplings in a bowl.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or special occasions.
