It's capital city is Bangui.

It has a population of about 4.6 million people.





Ngukassa Soup or Plantain Soup is a famous Central African dish.

Ngukassa Soup is a delicacy soup made from plantain and a bitter spinach type leaf known as Ngago.

It is made of plantains, Ngago leaves, peanuts and red palm oil.

It is normally garnished with peanuts.

It is usually served with corn porridge called Fufu.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
