Binch is a famous Sierra Leonean dish.

Binch refers to black-eyed beans dish.

It is made of black-eyed beans, onions, tomatoes, palm oil and chili.

It is normally served with boiled plaintains, shredded fermented cassava called Gari, yams and potatoes.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
