It is made of onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, beans, celery, peas, cauliflower, cheese, parsley, tomato paste and pepper.
It is normally garnished with parsley.
It is usually served with Maltese cheese called Gbejna or egg.
It is mostly eaten for dinner.
