Republic Of Congo is a country in the Central African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Brazzaville.

It has a population of about 5.1 million people.





Saka Saka or Pondu is a famous Congolese dish.

Saka Saka refers to cassava leaves and the dish made from them.

It is made of cassava leaves, palm oil, onion, garlic, sweet green pepper, eggplant and salt.

It is prepared by crushing or grinding the cassava leaves which are then boiled with all the ingredients until simmer.

It is normally served with white rice.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
